Some of the restaurant's kitschy decor.

The Brooklyn Crab is a Red Hook restaurant that embodies the passions of the owners: fishing, family, and seafood. The nautical decor and waterfront view set the scene for a uniquely Brooklyn seafood experience.

Taking up three-levels of seating, the spacious restaurant maintains the waterfront vibe with wooden decorations and and plastic marine life along the walls. Guests are welcomed to dine on the upper decks overlooking the New York Harbor, or if they are in a more playful mood, they can putt 18-holes at the adjoining miniature golf course. The Brooklyn Crab serves an array of seafood fare, collected from the Atlantic coast to the Gulf of Mexico, and also offers soups, salads and red meat for those who aren't into crustacean cuisine.

This is also where the after party for Field Trip Day Brooklyn is taking place! After your wander through Redhook join us here at Brooklyn Crab at 5:30 and expect food, mini golf, and the first drink on us!

1.) If you are just stopping by before the party pop around the back of the Fairway for the Old Brooklyn Trolley Cars. While the cars themselves are no longer working, there might be something else there for you to do with them! Be sure to come back at 5:30 for food, mini golf, and drinks!

2.) Or head down to Beard St between Van Brunt and Richards for the former location of the famous Fort Defiance. Be sure to come back at 5:30 for food, mini golf, and drinks!
