Some of the local graffiti.

Once occupied by an invading Soviet invasion force, the abandoned submarine base near Hara, Estonia is now being invaded by urban explorers and graffiti artists.

Hara Submarine base was built by the Russian military between 1956 and 1958 and was used while they occupied Estonia until they fled in 1991 around the time of Estonian independence. The site has since fallen into disrepair and while the concrete foundations remain, the buildings have been gutted. The pier-like ruins are now a favorite location for anyone on urban safari, or looking for some fresh graffiti space.
